We are all in this together, right? In this uncertain time, a lot of small businesses are going to suffer, if they haven’t already, and I’m eager to do anything I can to help ease their pain. I am beyond impressed by all of the business owners who are adapting to what felt like an overnight shift in our new “normal”. They are getting creative with their offerings by providing services like curbside pick-up for restaurants, free delivery, and more. I have no doubt that with their innovative and creative thinking, we’ll find ways to move forward in the best ways possible.
Thank you to those who sent shop/local restaurant recommendations on Instagram so we can continue to support them all! I’ve compiled the small businesses below, and I note if they are only serving local (Boston) customers. I hope this will encourage everyone to continue to support the small, but mighty, businesses, as your support directly positively impacts your community.
I know there are so many more than what is listed here, so please comment below with your business offering and/or one you’d recommend!

Hudson – you can shop online! I have my eye on their pillow selection right now. Also, you can buy a gift card!
Neatly Nested – you can shop online + buy gift cards! I love that they are in Southie near my studio as we typically get our Dash & Albert rugs through them! They have a wide selection of gifts. (Hi Danielle!)
