Jess Klein Studio is a Boston-based interior design firm specializing in full and partial-home renovations, new construction, and comprehensive furnishings projects throughout New England and beyond. Led by founder and principal designer Jess Klein, our team collaborates closely with homeowners, architects, and builders to create thoughtfully designed homes that reflect each client's lifestyle and vision.

We design homes that invite you in - spaces that feel effortless, welcoming, and deeply personal. We prove that practicality can be friends with distinct style, and that both sophisticated simplicity and warmth can coexist beautifully. We are firm believers that the spaces you spend your time in should be pleasing to the eye but also allow you to go about your day with ease; this is the power of good design. And we want to showcase that power in your own home.

We see every client as a partner, and combine top-notch project management with genuine approachability; we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Through ongoing industry relationship building, continued education, and meticulous attention to detail, we aim to deliver a white-glove experience that makes the design process both exceptional and enjoyable.

Although we are rooted in New England, we serve clients nationwide.

    Whether you’re restoring an 1800s Boston brownstone or reimagining a more modern home, we begin by listening to what matters most to you. We’re your creative partner through every decision, bringing your vision to life in a home that feels distinctly yours. We look at the possibilities within your home and the way you want to live. We work closely with your architect and builder to shape the layout, materials, and details, making sure each decision feels considered and the finished home feels cohesive.

  3. New Construction & Additions

    Starting from the ground up or expanding your home offers the chance to consider every detail. We partner with your architect, construction team, landscape architects, and other industry experts early in the process, helping shape the floor plan, finishes, and furnishings so the new spaces feel connected to the rest of your home and ready for the way you live.

  4. Comprehensive Furnishings

    We source from a wide range of makers and artisans to find pieces that suit your home, your style, and your investment. Through a thoughtful mix of furniture, textiles, lighting, and finishing touches, we create rooms that feel layered, functional, and uniquely you.
