I love discovering new places to bring my kiddos to, so when I heard Launch was opening a new location in Framingham, MA, I was so excited to be invited to their opening day! In Massachusetts – and pretty much all of the Northeast – there is a need for indoor activities where little ones can get some energy out since for part of the year, the weather is chilly. Launch is the perfect spot for this!
Launch is an indoor trampoline park with lots of additional activities, such as basketball, dodgeball, the LaunchPad, Laser Tag, the Challenger, Battle Pit, Slackline, and an amazing arcade.

On opening day, Evie was all about the arcade area and of course, jumping. She’s still a little hesitant when other kids jump and she jumps higher (haha!), but she became more and more comfortable while we were there. I love that we can come back and she can continue to become more comfortable jumping, and be challenged with new activities. When she’s older, she’ll be able to take part in the ninja area!
We have been trying to find activities where we, as the parents, also get to take part in something active. Since we can’t always leave home to go to a gym, it’s nice to do activities like these where the kids are involved and the parents/caregivers get a little workout in as well.
We’ve been to a birthday party at a Launch and they make it really easy to set up and obviously the kiddos are entertained. They also have various programs like Toddler Time and Sensory Time that I’m excited to learn more about.
Any place that brings so much joy to my child and burns a ton of energy is a win-win for us parents so it’s guaranteed we’ll be back at Launch before long.
