Designers, creators, adventurers, entrepreneurs are just a few words that come to mind when I think of these two. Chelsea and her husband Philip own a company called Typewriter Boneyard in San Diego. Philip creates these fabulous light fixtures and Chelsea helps brainstorm new ideas, packages shipments, and a lot of other aspects to their business.  They make quite the team!  These vintage light fixtures are handmade by Philip using many unconventional materials.  Each design is very unique and would make a statement in any space.
Chelsea also has a Etsy shop called The Dainty Woods where she creates accessories of all sorts. Both her and Philip are extremely talented and dedicated to what they love.
Recently I went to brunch with Chelsea and we discussed Philip and her moving to a new loft in downtown San Diego where they will dually use as a work space. Honestly, there is nothing better than loving what you do with the person you love. So, I applaud these two for going after what they want and rocking at it along the way.  It is also nice to know there are young designers who can execute an amazing idea… who knows what they will think of next!
Now who is ready to order one of these fixtures??
