QUICK UPDATE +

So here’s the big news! If you follow me on instagram, @jessicajpackard, you have probably already seen this. Cody (my fiancee) received a promotion with his design firm to open an office on the East Coast so we will be heading out to Boston a week after we get back from our honeymoon (mid-November) to live for a year. Crazy, right?! Even though I feel like we were just getting settled into our new place in San Diego, we couldn’t be more excited for our next adventure! I mean, how lucky are we to get the opportunity to live on both coasts in our 20’s?! We had the opportunity to visit Boston last weekend to get to know the city a bit and search for a place to live – and I absolutely fell in love with the city. Coming from San Diego, where there are no seasons, it was so nice to see the leaves changing colors + fall is my favorite season. There is so much character and history on every street – it feels like a dream.

This brings me to my next good news! Because of our move, we have decided I will be able to freelance full-time in Boston!! I will be able to give my blog the time it’s been missing, take on more clients and develop/grow With Love, Design. What an exciting/nervous feeling! A leap of faith, people!

And the final good news – we are getting married NEXT week!!** I cannot believe it’s here already and as you can imagine that is part of the reason why I have been so silent on the blog as of late. Once we get to Boston after our honeymoon to Thailand, I promise there will be a TON of new posts. I have been saving and documenting so many things that I am so sad I haven’t been able to share with you guys.
