Alright, alright…I won’t sing the “Oklahoma!” song to you.

Instead I am going to tell you: Cody and I are heading to Oklahoma tomorrow (early) morning and this girl is SO EXCITED! If you didn’t already know, I was born and raised in Oklahoma City and went to college at OSU in Stillwater. Oklahoma holds a lot of great (and some not so great) memories, my sweet family and a lot of amazing friends. Although I am very happy I moved away from Oklahoma to experience living on (now) both coasts, I miss a lot about it.

Why I LOVE Oklahoma: doors will always be opened for you (i love southern folks), people in the neighborhood I grew up in always wave at familiar faces that walk/drive by, there is rarely anyone honking at each other in traffic (unless it’s necessary), the sunsets are THE BEST, college football is no joke (go pokes!) and on that note – the tailgates are the best day of your life, & THE PEOPLE. Alright, you get the point.
