After my post on Monday about having a clear and inspiring work space to make you feel motivated – I decided that I should practice what I preach. My office is still in the works right now (the inspiration board will not lean on my desk forever and I will be adding a rug and bookcase to the mix soon to hold all of my fabrics, paint, etc. But for now, it’s much better than it was … here is the before:
Ugh, it’s awful. This is where I would stack things that didn’t have a home in our new apartment. So it finally became a “catch all – random…I never work here” – kind of space.
Then this happened and everything found a home and a lot was thrown out. It feels good to be able to work from this space again. I hope you all gained some inspiration from my Monday post to spruce up your work space as well – it truly helps.
