Cooking, good company, a lot of amazing food and many naps – all of the ingredients to one of my favorite holidays. We celebrated Thanksgiving at a friend’s house in San Diego this year. They had such a lovely set up and were the most incredible hosts. We were able to meet new friends, toast to everything we are thankful for and enjoy a delicious dinner together.
I was in charge of bringing dessert and wine – the best part, right? So I had the pleasure of baking pumpkin cheesecake with my dear friend Tina. She is a lifesaver folks. I will let you all in on a little secret of mine- we barely have any kitchen tools and we don’t plan on purchasing any until our wedding. So, Tina came to the rescue and let me come over to home to bake the night before Thanksgiving. ‘Twas a lovely evening. How was your Thanksgiving??
Happy Monday!
