I can’t believe our weekend in Palm Springs has already come to an end…it was such a wonderful, short getaway with two great friends. If you follow me on Instagram… I am sorry but you have probably seen all of these photos. I also want to apologize for blowing up everyone’s feeds; PS was just filled with so much eye candy to capture. I can only hope I inspired you to take more adventures and possibly visit PS.
While we were there, we had the opportunity to visit Sunnylands Center & Gardens – one of the award-winning projects designed by OJB (the landscape architecture firm my fiancee works for). If you are ever in PS or close; I highly recommend taking a tour… it’s one of the most beautiful + inspiring projects I have ever seen. Truly breathtaking.
We stayed at The Ace Hotel and it was amazinggggg. I loved every little detail. Plus, everyone just walked around in the awesome robes they provided (the one Chris is wearing above) with a cocktail in hand. I mean, does it get any better?
We also had the opportunity to visit the Parker Hotel designed by Jonathan Adler and my goodness…it was incredible! Well done Mr. Adler, well done. This trip was such a refreshing, much-needed break and I am so glad I was able to spend it with such lovely people.
I kept thinking during the trip…how are we so lucky to live so close to such a rad city? SO lucky. If anyone wants to come visit and take a mini-vacation to PS…I will ALWAYS be down for a trip. ALWAYS. 😉
*I also want to thank Jon of Happy Mundane for sending me an awesome email filled with all of his favorite places to visit!!
